Wouldn’t it be nice if you could remove old, unhelpful information from your brain? Well, you can because your brain has it’s very own delete button. For example, have you ever had that feeling after a big day that your brain is full and you can’t handle any more information. Well, that’s probably because your brain is actually full. And, using your delete button will help you retain and strengthen the important information while cleaning out what ever is unhelpful.
The big question then is, how do you make sure your brain declutters itself thoroughly and properly. After all, you want to make sure it gets rid of the information you don’t need while keeping and strengthening every thing that is still important. In this solo round, I’ll share with you the two simple things you can do to effectively use your delete button.
Your challenge: use your brain’s delete button effectively by getting enough sleep and being more aware of the amount of time you spend on unhelpful thoughts.
