About this Episode
Have you ever thought that you weren’t good enough or that you were inferior in some way? I know I have, and I still sometimes feel this way.
I was recently interviewed by Jaemin Frazer on the Insecurity Project podcast and we dive into my own story, some of my insecurities and my strategies to overcome and push through them. I opened up during our chat more than I usually would on the Do Life Better podcast, so I thought I would share the chat with Jaemin as this week’s episode.
Your challenge for the week: allow yourself to be vulnerable with some you trust and let them in on some of your insecurities, and then work in some strategies for overcoming them.
You can follow Jaemin on Instagram @oneminutecoach and his podcast, Insecurity Project.
Remember to share this episode with your friends and family who would also find this helpful.
