About this Episode
How is your breathing going today? Have you taken a moment or two to notice or to control your breath? That age old saying of “take a deep breath”, now has scientific research to back up it up it's claimed benefits.
New researching using recordings made directly from within the brain of people undergoing neurosurgery have shown that breathing can in fact change the brain.
In other words, changing the way you breath, such as breathing slower and paying closer attention to your breath, engages different parts of the brain. In doing so, it can change the state of your brain and physiology to help you do your life even better.
During this solo round, I share with you some proven, quick and simple methods you can start using immediately to create instant and lasting change in your mood, mindset, memory, focus and levels of stress and anxiety.
