About this Episode

Have you created a New Year's resolution or are you thinking about making one? Studies have found that 80% of people give up on their New Year's resolution by the second week of February! And, there is a good reason why so many people fail.

Too many people focus on wishes, lofty dreams and fun ideals when creating their New Year's resolution and, in doing so, they forget to work on what really matters - who they are being.

Most people only think about what they need to do to get what they want to have and when the going gets tough, they simply give up.

Instead, start with who you need BE in order to do what is required to get what you want have. For example, to get better outcomes this year you may need to be more determined, optimistic, hard working, motivated, focused, etc, so that you can do the extra work to get the better results.

Who do you need to be this year?
