<itunes:subtitle>What if starting one conversation could help you change or save a life? Often, that’s all it takes. Unfortunately though, this one crucial conversation never happens for too many people because of the stigma around mental health and vulnerability, and because we just don’t know what to say. It’s time to break the stigma and speak up. Today’s guest has been doing some incredible work surrounding mental health and suicide prevention for almost 6 years now. Sam Webb, previous star on Neighbours, co-founded LIVIN after after losing a close mate to suicide and knew that enough was enough and more needed to be done surrounding the stigma of mental health, especially in young men. * Warning signs for those who may be struggling
* ‘Smiling depression’ and how even those who are high function, may be at risk
* Sam’s self care and daily routine
* How to improve self-awareness and improve relationships
